ATTENTION! All shipments will be carried out once a week. Typically on Tuesdays. We are trying to improve this to twice a week.

Caution! PLEASE READ!: All Prices are in $USD. All items going outside of Canada will show the invoiced value on the customs paperwork. You are liable for all Duties and Taxes. Please do not ask us to lie on these legal documents. We urge you to take this into account when ordering from us. Thank you.

All Shipments go out Tuesdays. Cut-off time is 6:00pm Monday. New York time.

NOTE: One cassette, packaged, weighs about 130 grams (4.6 oz)  with packaging materials. Two cassettes will weigh approximately 220 grams (7.8 oz). Three cassettes will weigh about 310 grams (10.9 oz). Each additional cassette will add about 90 grams (3.2 oz) thereafter.

We advise you to include your telephone number and email with your order. The delivery company in your country will able to reach you if necessary. Your phone number may show on the shipping label.

They are: Russia, India, Syria, Kenya, Indonesia, Ethiopia, China and Norfolk Island. If you are from these countries and would like to place an order, please e-mail us. We will consider each case individually.

(2) All other countries not listed above do not have participating programs with the delivery services provided by Canadian postal services. (*) Participating means: From our understanding, this is a combined decision by your country's postal service and/or Canadian postal services. If you still wish to order from cassettecomeback.com, please e-mail us. We will consider each case individually. Please note that for these countries, Tracking is not offered. Other carriers may be considered, but will be very expensive.

Q. Why is this service available now?
A. Shipping to certain countries is very expensive.This new service will now be an option to those who do not wish to pay very high shipping fees.
Q. How does one place an order with the NO Tracking service?
A. Make your selection within the webstore and check to see how much you would pay with Tracking service. If the cost does not appeal to you, leave the items in the "Cart" and email us to request for a NO Tracking quote. Please make sure you leave all correct address and contact information under your account profile.
Q, What else do I need to know about this service?
A. This service is only available upon your acceptance of all risks.
     1. You will have to trust we will ship out the items you are purchasing from us.
     2. You assume all risks with regards to the shipping. If it does not get to you, you will lose your money and the goods.
     3. The only payment option available for this service is Western Union.
     4. This service will continue to be provided conditionally and based on the performance of the last delivery made to your address of choice. If it ever fails to reach to your door, even just once, it will never be provided ever again. We will not give you any refund if the package gets lost.
