"Cassettes don't get much better than these. In our opinion, this is one of TDK's finest cassette. These are the USA version. Double cobalt coated Type II which produces some of the best sound we've ever heard from a Type II. Just beautifully detailed with great highs and superb bass. Early 90s double cobalt coated Type 2 in a understated, yet a very classy shell. The only better sounding TDK in our book is the much rarer and much more expensive SA-XS." Tony Villa

About TDK:
TDK’s origins trace back to 1935, when the Tokyo Denki Kagaku Kogyo company was founded to commercialize ferrite, a magnetic material invented by Dr. Takeshi Takei that would become central to modern recording technology.
