Fuji DR-II - 1992 - Japan
This cassette was made in Japan using Fuji’s double‑coated tape — one of the finest Type II formulations of the era. Everything about Fuji’s construction is meticulous: the tape, the shells, the cases, the finishing. They’re a genuine tribute to “Audio Excellence.”

About Army & Navy:
Founded in 1919 in Vancouver and closed in 2020, Army & Navy was a long‑running Western Canadian discount and surplus retailer known for closeouts, oddball stock, and discontinued media. Sealed tapes with intact store stickers are increasingly uncommon, adding a distinct layer of retail history. One tape carries the full Army & Navy white price sticker, while the other two use the orange “SPECIAL” format — both early‑1990s styles. All three share the same $1.93 price and top‑line code (17 CLE), confirming they came from the same batch.
