SKC CD - 1992 - EU - 3 Pack
*PLEASE NOTE, THESE ARE PURE CHROME TYPE 2 CASSETTES - IF YOU HAVE A DECK CALIBRATED TO FERRO COBALT TYPE 2 (LIKE TDK SA) YOU WILL NEED TO CALIBRATE TO THESE CASSETTES TO GET THE BEST RESULTS*
SKC made many tapes for other companies, like Memorex and their quality was always good and sometimes, exceptional.
But they also made their own cassettes, but these were never really common outside of Asia.
Here is their TOTL Type 2 from the early 90s...and it's a Pure Chrome!
The shell is very nice and Denon / Sony looking, with that big window.
Use it in a deck that has manual bias and level controls, keep them at about 0db and you'll find that these are superb sounding Type 2.
And even though these are very hard to find, I don't think there are many that sound better at this price.
